Returns
Please email us and follow the return process below to arrange a return.

If you wish to return any stock to us, you can. However, there are a few requirements we need to meet before we can accept any stock back; the products you will be sending back must be unopened and in the condition they were sent out. Furthermore, you will also need to request a return within the first 14 days of the purchase. Once you have contacted us, you will have another 14 days to return the stock. Along with the entire inventory that we send to you, we will also need a copy of the invoice document that came with the stock. This will allow us to process the stock back into our inventory as fast as possible.
If you wish to send any unwanted stock back, you will also be required to handle all shipping costs by the client or shipped to the warehouse. For this, we do highly recommend a tracking service.
Operations and code of conduct
Our company believes that you have to have a great bond with the client to have a great business. Below will state how we plan to interact and communicate with our clients and how we operate.
A 'potential client' is a business or someone who does not possess an account with SellestoLTD and has shown interest by either contacting us through email or submitting an application. Any potential client must register their business with us for us to be able to open an account. We will then respond within one to two business days with a notification of the status of your application. If successful, you will now be a client of SellestoLTD and will have full access to our product catalog online, warehouse location, and service offers by Sellesto LTD. You will then be emailed a 'welcome pack' this will include your member login for this website and allow you to view our product catalog. If the application were unsuccessful, you would be notified about any additional information required or if we have declined your application indefinably.

Clients of SellestoLTD will be able to purchase any products sold by SellestoLTD at the set prices. However, bulk can be negotiated with a member of our sales team. We operate a zero-tolerance policy for illegal and malpractice in business conduct with SellestoLTD. We expect our clients to be respectful and professional towards the team at our site.

Our opening hours at our warehouse are 9 am to 8 pm. Clients can make any purchases at the warehouse during these times. Any purchase that is wished to be made over the phone will need to be made between 9 am and 5 pm with our sales team. In addition, all orders can be collected the next day, and payment can be secured. All payments are taken in person at the warehouse. It is up to the client to arrange all transportation of goods they've purchased as we do not offer a delivery service yet.
